• Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

We offer the following shipping options:
• Economy Shipping: $3.50 5 to 8 business days
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $30. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

• We currently ship to the following regions: USA.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship Nationally (yet).
- Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through USPS’s website.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders:
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
• Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- Shipping Issues
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sharkosmetics@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
- Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at sharkosmetics@gmail.com . Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
